  1. Chrissy says:

    Dragonfruit?

  2. A Home in NH says:

pomegrante or some kind of fruit. Sorry no clue, was it any good?

  3. Hi Chrissy and Barbara, good guesses. Crissy got it right! It is a pitaya, otherwise known as Dragon Fruit. It’s the fruit of a cactus, believe it or not, mostly cultivated in Mexico and South America, but in Asia as well. It wasn’t bad, sort of like a bland watermelon or kiwi fruit. Apparently the flower of the plant can be made into tea as well.
Stay tuned, we’ll have more coming up!
